The goddess as Mother

Worship Ma as Ma. The most powerful mantra of Ma is Ma itself.Bhakti is the most simplest and yet most difficult sadhna of Ma. Difficult maybe because this bhakti is bestowed by Ma herself. Ma in her true form is a simple woman. She cries for love from her children. Give your life in her arms. Be a baby on her lap. Of course you will suffer your karma. Ma is also very hot headed. She will want your karma to burn very quickly so that you can be her eternal child. So suffer you will in the path of bhakti. But always have faith in her. Though sometimes it might seem that you are walking on a razors edge you won't fall down. She will throw you in the muck but you will emerge like a shining lotus.  You won't have to control anything. In fact you will transcend everything.
